Anna Smyth

Clinical Psychologist (Gladesville)

Anna is an endorsed Clinical Psychologist and a full member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and Australian Professional Association for Trans Health (AusPATH). She has a passion for working with adolescents, adults and families and a special interest in working in the perinatal field, helping families and nurturing and developing parent-baby relationships and attachment. Additionally, Anna enjoys working with the LGBTQIA+ community. 

Anna is trained in evidence-based interventions, including Circle of Security, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Perinatal Mental Health (COPE), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Schema Therapy.

Anna has worked with children, adolescents, adults and families with anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD and behavioural difficulties, providing both intervention and assessment, and has worked with acute perinatal mental illness and conducted both individual and group therapy. Additionally, Anna conducts Autism and ADHD assessments for adults.
