Natasha is a compassionate and friendly registered psychologist. She has completed a Master of Clinical Psychology at Western Sydney University. She currently holds registration as a Registered Psychologist and holds membership with the Australian Psychological Society.
Natasha is passionate about working with children, adolescents, and adults and has a particular interest regarding mood and anxiety disorders in children and adolescents. Natasha has experience working with adolescents and adults with a diverse range of mental health presentations including anxiety and mood disorders, ADHD, substance use, and self-harm. She firmly believes in the importance of early intervention in childhood and adolescence to allow for the development of skills that will aid them in developing a stable life for themselves later as adults.
Natasha is formally trained in evidence-based practice including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-based therapy, though draws from a variety of evidence-based practices and interventions to create an individualised treatment plan for clients. Natasha has also been formally trained in administering cognitive and learning assessments and is currently training to be able to administer ADHD assessments for children and adolescents.
