About Our Service Providers
Some members of the Spencer Health community provide services as Service Providers operating under Facilities Agreements. These practitioners are identified by (SP) after their role within their profile.
Service Providers operate their own independent healthcare businesses and are responsible for their own professional practice, clinical decision-making, policies, professional indemnity insurance and regulatory obligations. They provide services from Spencer Health consulting rooms and utilise a range of Spencer Health administrative and practice support services.
Although Service Providers practise independently, they are carefully selected to work alongside Spencer Health because they share our commitment to providing high-quality, ethical and client-centred care. Clients should expect the same professionalism, respect and quality of service regardless of whether they are seeing an employed Spencer Health clinician or a Service Provider.
As independent practitioners, Service Providers make their own clinical decisions and Spencer Health does not direct, supervise or control the delivery of their professional services.
