Anne has a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology, and a Bachelor of Education in Adult Vocational Education, and spent many years in the corporate sector as a Training and Development Manager and Consultant.
Working for both Australian and international corporations Anne managed training teams to facilitate the development of management, leadership, customer service and interpersonal skills, in these companies. She also participated in large scale corporate change management programmes. During this time Anne developed a reputation for her positivity and professionalism, her empathic and ethical approach, and her ability to connect meaningfully with people from all walks of life.
Anne stepped away from corporate life to enjoy raising her children, and during this time also worked in a voluntary teachers aid position for several years at a school for children with intellectual and physical disabilities. This was an incredibly rewarding and fulfilling experience.
Since returning full time to the workforce Anne has been working in various support, administrative and management roles in the health and medical fields. Anne is passionate about meeting new people and hearing their stories, and loves the opportunity to provide a friendly, warm and welcoming space for our team and their clients.
