Ashley is a fully registered psychologist and a Clinical Psychology Registrar. She is most passionate about working with children, adolescents, and young adults in achieving their therapeutic goals. Ashley has worked in public health including inpatient and community health settings, and has experience as an accredited Cool Kids provider. She has also accrued several years of volunteer experience with various mental health helplines, and has a keen interest in psychological research, both of which have informed her clinical practice.

Ashley’s clinical interests include a wide range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, OCD, adjustment issues, ADHD, ASD, and emotion regulation difficulties. In addition, Ashley is also interested in psychometric assessment for children, and has experience in administering cognitive testing and writing detailed reports.

Ashley’s approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centred, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Above all, Ashley strives to create a supportive and open working relationship to guide clients and empower them along the process of therapeutic change.
