Groups at Spencer Health
Connection, confidence, and skill-building in a supportive, neuroaffirming environment.
Our group programs are designed to support children and young people to build social confidence, develop meaningful connections, and feel a sense of belonging. Each group is thoughtfully created and facilitated by therapists and facilitators, with a strong focus on neuroaffirming, low-demand, and strengths-based approaches.
We understand that traditional social skills and social programs don’t work for every child — particularly for neurodivergent young people.
Our groups are grounded in a low-demand, relationship-first approach, where connection comes before expectation. We focus on creating safe, engaging environments where participants can be themselves, build trust, and develop skills at their own pace.
