Maddison Marsh

Registered Psychologist (Gladesville)

Maddison is an empathetic and compassionate clinician who takes a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to her work. She is a Registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is currently completing the Clinical Psychology Registrar Endorsement Program. She is also a member of the Australian Psychological Society. Maddison completed her Master of Clinical Psychology at Western Sydney University in 2024.

Throughout her training and professional experience, Maddison has worked with children, adolescents, and adults presenting with a broad range of concerns, including neurodiversity, mood and anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma-related presentations, suicidality, major life transitions, interpersonal difficulties, and chronic pain associated with illness. She also has experience conducting psychometric assessments across the lifespan (e.g., ADHD, autism, and intellectual and academic functioning) and preparing detailed, individualised reports to support access to appropriate services. Maddison views the assessment process as more than diagnostic; she approaches it as a collaborative experience that can support insight, validation, and a deeper understanding of each individual’s strengths and challenges.

Maddison has a strong interest in working with individuals across the lifespan and takes a collaborative approach to support meaningful change. She draws on a range of evidence-based interventions, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioural therapy (TF-CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing, problem-solving therapy, and neuro-affirming approaches.

Maddison is available for appointments on Mondays and Tuesdays.
