Claire is passionate about creating a warm and welcoming experience for every client and family.
With extensive experience supporting patients and healthcare professionals across specialist clinics in cardiology, respiratory, sleep medicine, and gastroenterology, Claire understands the importance of compassionate communication, attention to detail, and helping each client feel supported from their very first interaction with the clinic.
As a mother of three, Claire understands the importance of kindness, patience, and creating meaningful connections with children and their families. Fluent in both English and Korean, she values creating an inclusive and welcoming environment where everyone feels understood, respected, and cared for.
Outside of work, Claire enjoys playing the piano, baking with her children, and spending quality time with her family exploring nature and discovering beautiful places around Sydney.
