Once received:

• Our Program Lead will review the referral before it is allocated to our intake team
• We may contact you or the young person/parent/carer if further information is required.
• The referral will then be reviewed by our Program Lead to determine whether the Youth Wellbeing Service is the most appropriate service.
• If accepted into the program, the young person and/or parent/carer will be contacted to arrange an initial appointment.
• Prior to commencement of services, Spencer Health will obtain all required informed consents, including privacy, treatment, communication and other relevant consent documentation.

The Youth Wellbeing Service is a government-funded program with limited places available. Spencer Health is committed to allocating services fairly and consistently in accordance with the program objectives and eligibility criteria.
